Mingtai aluminum plate manufacturer:
Henan Mingtai Aluminum Co., Ltd. is a professional aluminum plate manufacturer, supplying 1-8 series aluminum plates, providing aluminum for automobile, light rail/metro/tank/ship, aluminum for mold, aluminum for construction, aluminum for hardware and electrical appliances, electronic products. Aluminum, aluminum for signage, aluminum for packaging containers, aluminum for printing, etc., cover all industries and offer the latest aluminum sheet prices.
Aluminum sheet process:
For the production of aluminum sheets, there are mainly two types of hot rolling and cold rolling. The so-called hot rolling process is rolling above the crystallization temperature of metals and alloys; the cold rolling process is the rolling process below the recrystallization temperature of metals and alloys, although cold deformation, although due to metal deformation heat and friction heat, It can make the temperature of the rolled piece high and has a certain recovery effect, but the main function in the cold rolling process is cold work hardening.
Mingtai Aluminum analyzes the difference between Hot rolled aluminum sheet and cold rolled aluminum sheet from four aspects:
1. The raw material supply is different: the hot-rolled billet is vertically cast into a billet-heating-rolling into a coil for cold rolling, and the cold-rolled billet is a cast-rolled coil-continuous casting and rolling;
2, the production process is different: cold rolling is processed by a casting machine into a casting coil (8mm thickness) processed by a cold rolling mill, while hot rolling is an aluminum ingot (400-500mm thickness) heating, at high temperatures The hot rolling mill is rolled; therefore, the cold rolling process can obtain a thin strip of sheet material.
3. Different performance: The surface quality of hot-rolled aluminum sheet is good, the mechanical properties and the ductility are strong, and the oxidation effect is good. At the same time, the processing of aluminum discs is generally processed from aluminum sheets, and naturally it is also affected by the performance of aluminum sheets;
4, different uses: cold-rolled aluminum sheet is mostly used in molds, Hot rolled aluminum sheet is suitable for stamping and stretching.
Application of hot rolled aluminum sheets and cold rolled aluminum sheets:
Cold rolling mainly deals with non-heat-strengthened sheets. Generally, the surface requirements are relatively high, and ultra-thin materials such as single-zero foil double-zero foil can only be rolled by cold rolling.
The relative hot rolling is first to provide blank for cold rolling, and secondly many materials require high corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, strong plasticity, etc., which require hot rolling.
